Biom Atlas is currently pre-launch. We are not accepting orders, biological samples, or lab results. This policy describes the data handled by our public website today; we will publish expanded terms before sample collection begins.

1. What we collect today

We collect an email address when you join the launch list. If you submit a partner or affiliate inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide. Our anonymous research survey stores responses without asking for your name or email. The site also creates limited security and operational logs, such as request time, page, and IP address.

2. Cookies and analytics

Essential storage keeps the site working. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are activated only after the consent choice presented on the site. These providers may receive browser, device, and interaction data under their own privacy terms. You can decline optional tracking.

3. How we use and share data

We use website data to operate and secure the site, respond to inquiries, send launch and occasional product updates, and understand which content is useful. Service providers may process data for hosting, databases, email delivery, security, and consented analytics. We do not sell health or genetic data. Biom Atlas does not currently possess customer samples or lab results.

4. Launch safeguards

Before accepting samples, we plan to separate identity-linked records from lab and research data, require authentication for result access, and obtain separate permission for any research use. We will also publish subprocessors, retention periods, deletion procedures, and applicable consumer-health disclosures. Read our data security approach.

5. Your choices

Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe option. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your email address. Some security and legal records may need to be retained for a limited period.
