Order Your Kit at Launch
The kit will arrive in a plain box — nothing on the outside says what's inside. You'll find everything needed to collect a sample and a prepaid return mailer.
Collect Your Sample
No blood, no clinic. Using the swab provided, you collect a small stool sample at home. The tube stabilizes the microbial DNA at room temperature, so it holds until it reaches the lab.
The Lab Reads It
Drop the mailer in any mailbox. At our research-grade sequencing lab, we run 16S rRNA sequencing to identify the bacterial communities in your sample — genus by genus.

About two weeks after your sample ships, your digital Field Guide is ready. We turn the raw sequencing into a clear, illustrated map of your gut — what's there and in what proportion — with food-first moves to help it thrive.
